New Horror Films to Look for in 2016

A new year brings new horror! So, here are just a few of the bloody crop of horror that will popping up throughout the new year.
THE FOREST
Set in Japan’s Aokigahara Forest, which is better known as the suicide forest. Sara (Natalie Dormer) goes in search of her missing sister. But not staying on the forest’s path could have deadly consequences.
Release Date: January 8th
THE BOY
When Greta (Lauren Cohan) takes a job as a nanny at a home in a small English village, she will soon realize that the object in her care is more than just a doll.
Release Date: January 22nd
PRIDE & PREJUDICE & ZOMBIES
Proving once again that zombies can be included in anything comes Jane Austen’s classic tale with a zombie spin.
Release Date: February 5th
THE WITCH
When a farmer moves his family to a desolate part of the woods to start a new life. This new life will be intertwined with witchcraft, black magic and an unknown malevolent spirit in the woods.
Release Date: February 26th
BEFORE I WAKE
When Cody is taken in by Jessie (Kate Bosworth) and Mark (Thomas Jane), after the death of their own child. They start to experience unexplainable things that can be linked back to Cody’s fear of sleeping.
Release Date: April 8th
AMITYVILLE: THE AWAKENING
In an effort to save money and for her comatose son to receive treatment, Joan (Jennifer Jason Leigh) moves her family into the famed Amityville house.
Release Date: April 15th
THE CONJURING 2: THE ENFIELD POLTERGEIST
The Warrens travel to London to investigate the Enfield Poltergeist.
Release Date: June 10th
