10 Second Fear the Walking Dead Promo Drops

Just the like the walkers, the premier date of the upcoming AMC spin-off, FEAR THE WALKING DEAD lurks ever closer. The series is slated to premier August 2015 and the PR/promo machine is already gearing up. A new ten second promo clip has recently dropped and even though it’s short, it’s extremely effective. The series is set in Los Angeles and stars Kim Dickens, Cliff Curtis, Frank Dillane, Alycia Debnam-Carey, Elizabeth Rodriguez, Ruben Blades, Mercedes Mason, and Lorenzo James Henrie. Here’s what you can expect with FEAR THE WALKING DEAD:

A companion series to The Walking Dead, Fear the Walking Dead is executive produced by Robert Kirkman, Gale Anne Hurd, Greg Nicotero, David Alpert and showrunner David Erickson and produced by AMC Studios. Co-Executive Producer Adam Davidson, who directed the pilot, is also directing the second and third episodes. The series’ first season, consisting of six one-hour episodes, will premiere on AMC in late summer.

I’m really digging this promo. Sure it’s short as hell, but between the music and the expression on the actresses face, I think it’s very effective. I also get a NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD vibe from it (a lone zombie wandering through the cemetery, and all). What did you think? Sounds off in the comments below.
