Who’s up for another film from M. Night Shyamalan? Yeah, yeah, I understand he doesn’t have the best track record, but I think Shyamalan is a pretty solid director. Unfortunately he insists on writing his own scripts and that, I believe, is his downfall. But I think Shyamalan has another good film in him, Maybe it’ll be THE VISIT. The film is written and directed by Shyamalan and stars Kathryn Hahn, Ed Oxenbould, Erica Lynne Marszalek, Peter McRobbie, Olivia DeJonge, Deanna Dunagan, Benjamin Kanes, Jon Douglas Rainey, Brian Gildea, Shawn Gonzalez, Richard Barlow, Steve Annan, and Michael Mariano. Check out the plot crunch:

A brother and sister are sent to their grandparents’ remote Pennsylvania farm for a week-long trip. Once the children discover that the elderly couple is involved in something deeply disturbing, they see their chances of getting back home are growing smaller every day.
