Feature Film of the Short, Red Love, is in the Works … & There’s a Teaser Trailer
Back in December 2014 I watched a reviewed a short film titled, RED LOVE. The short was about you rather unique individuals who fall in love over their common interest. Sure that interest might be their affinity for killing other people, but in this crazy world of ours lovers need to take what they can find!! The writer-director of RED LOVE, James McDougall, recently let me know that he’s currently in the process of making a feature length film based on RED LOVE, titled LOVE AT FIRST STAB.
McDougall is co-directing the feature with Derek Barnes, and describes LOVE AT FIRST STAB as a “romantic comedy for the deeply, deeply disturbed.” It sounds like this film is being made just for me!! Here’s the logline for the film:
After two serial killers serendipitously meet while attempting to murder each other, they fall victim to an even greater threat: Love.
The trailer is currently up on CineCoup.com. Check it out and vote for it. McDougall is currently competing on that website to win a million dollar feature deal to develop LOVE AT FIRST STAB.
