Horror Anthology Dreadtime Stories Drops Trailer & Artwork

Dreadtime Stories posterThe tradition of the indie horror anthology continues with the upcoming DREADTIME STORIES. DREADTIME STORIES is directed by Jacob Grim, written by Grim and Sal Hernandez, and stars Bonnie AnnJordan BrusterCary CadenaAutumn Caro, and Max Caruso. This is an anthology consisting of ten stories. Check out the press release:

“Dreadtime Stories” is a horror anthology film consisting of 10 gory stories. It is the first full length feature film for STX Media and its co-founders Director Jacob Grim and Executive Producer Sal Hernandez. “Dreadtime Stories” was conceived at the cusp of a successful film festival run with STX Media’s short film “The Roommate,” a horror-comedy that received many nominations and awards that included Best Short, Best Actor, Best Screenplay and Audience Choice. “Dreadtime Stories” was filmed in Corpus Christi, TX with no budget and with a volunteer cast and crew. Filming began in the late Fall of 2013 and principle photography ended in the early Summer of 2014. The horror anthology is currently being submitted to film festivals around the world and has been screened at the 2014 South Texas Underground Film Festival and to date has been officially selected to the San Antonio Horrific Film Fest and South Carolina’s Crimson Screen Horror Film Fest.

Synopsis: A party turns bizarre when a malevolent book makes its way into the hands of the attendees who reveal its tales of monsters, madmen and the supernatural.

STX Media is an Independent Film & PR Company based out of Corpus Christi, TX comprised of Director Jacob Grim and Executive Producer Sal Hernandez. STX Media produces commercials, music videos, graphic design, websites and independent movies. STX Media also manages personal appearances and other public relations for Teri McMinn and Ed Guinn who are original cast members of the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1974) as well as its Director of Photography Daniel Pearl. The company recently partnered up with the coordinator of Fantom Fest, a San Antonio, Texas Horror Convention, to facilitate the event’s first Horror Film Festival.
