Joe Begos Returns with Second Horror Feature, The Mind’s Eye

Joe Begos came crashing on the horror scene in 2013 with his scifi-horror flick, ALMOST HUMAN. Admittedly I had a lot of problems with Begos’ debut feature. A LOT. But I’m always willing to give a filmmaker a second and even a third chance and Begos is no exception. His second feature, THE MIND’S EYE, has recently begun production in Rhode Island and is being financed by Channel 83 Films and Site B Productions. The film stars Graham Skipper, Lauren Ashley Carter, John Speredakos, Noah Segan, Matt Mercer, Larry Fessenden, and Jeremy Gardner.

THE MIND’S EYE is about a drifter with telekinetic abilities who targets a doctor who is creating a synthetic telekinetic power serum. I’m getting a strong SCANNERS vibe here … I hope I’m wrong. More on this one as the info becomes available.
